   CHRISTINA’S QUOTE:”I was going to start this out by saying that I hate writing about myself, but apparently I don’t today. Ha ha. I will quit rambling on now, but I want to say one more thing: I MAKE NO CLAIM TO BE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN OUT THERE, by a long shot, but am a real person that works every day on looking better, and feeling better about myself. I have battles with it, just like everyone else. However, I try to always keep a good attitude about myself, and over the years I have learned so many helpful things in this department, and I really, truly enjoy sharing what I know, and helping other people find ways to look better and most importantly feel better about “themselves.” YOU ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN IN THE WORLD by a long shot even though you make no claim to be the most beautiful woman in the world. (see your quote above) What makes you beautiful is that you are real and you work every day on being and looking better. In spite of the battles, you keep a great attitude and are willing to share what you have learnt with other people in order that they may look better and most importantly feel better about themselves. You love your husband, your children, your family, people and last but not least, you L-O-V-E yourself. You WERE given a great spirit Christina, as William Wordsworth eloquently put in words in his “Ode: Intimation of Immortality” Our birth is but a sleep and a forgetting: The Soul that rises with us, our life’s Star, Hath had elsewhere its setting, And cometh from afar: Not in entire forgetfulness, And not in utter nakedness, But trailing clouds of glory do we come From God, who is our home: Heaven lies about us in our infancy! You are the kind of woman who consumes a man’s thoughts, his soul, his being and who inspires the kind of poetry I wrote for my wife: I DON’T DO WINDOWS ANYMORE I DONT DO WINDOWS ANYMORE Our eyes met a long, long time ago and she smiled…..with her eyes Eyes so clear…..as clear as windows Windows with panes large window panes through which I perceived HER SOUL, a SOUL so pure….. I YEARNED….. I DREAMED….. I SCHEMED….. to be joined, SPIRITUALLY….. EMOTIONALLY….. PHYSICALLY….. with her, I DREAMED of babies little brown babies, who would as they grow look into HER eyes THEIR eyes…..by inheritance Our eyes met recently, and she smiled with HER EYES….. still quite as clear, as those windows of yesteryear and…., I’m so glad that SHE DOES WINDOWS H. My prayer today is that you continue to inspire women in particular but people in general, in order that their outer beauty may be a true reflection of their inner beauty and that the nucleus of the world ‘the human family’ will influence and inspire our society in such a great way that the song: “I ONLY HAVE EYES FOR YOU” will resound in the hearts and minds of all men as they think about their wives and families.

   Hi, Christina, Yes, those folks from b5media are a fabulous bunch! I didn’t blog long, but one of the marvelous outcomes is that I’ve discovered bloggers like you, Darren, et al, who write with mind AND heart. It’s also great to discover and get to know the b5 bloggers better–so busy trying to work a FT job at UT and come up with a decent blog post I didn’t have the time to browse and enjoy other blogger’s work. I lived in B/CS for @8 months, way back in 1973. One of those old cottages at Lake Placid. Worked for Center Press–have no idea if they’re still publishing. At any rate, I’m enjoying your blog, and just wanted to say howdy to another transplanted Texas blogger! Best, Claudia
