She'd wake up and do strange things like put T-shirts in the freezer. It seems funny at first, but then if you think about how people could easily get in the car and start driving, it becomes much less funny. Doing a search for Ambien on FunAdvice turns up a question with this advice: "The doctors have me on AMbien which is the worst thing in the world. Never take that stuff because it will only make your problems worse." I don't see myself ever taking it. My Mother took Ambien a while back and had similar issues.
