   	Oh, I love to smoke too! Just haven’t done it for 1.5 years now. Toughest thing I ever did. If you’re not going to quit — at least have one for me, would ya?

   Please, please find whatever way you can to quit! I was fortunate to do it 14 months ago and I am sooooo thankful I did. One of my very good friends (two packs/day) had a severe heart attack less than two weeks ago - 42 years old, no history of heart disease in the family and bingo! Otherwise “healthy” and now he’s scared to death. The Dr. asked about history and when Mike told him “no,” none in the family he said “now there is.” Dr. also asked if there is a history of smoking (knowing the answer) and told Mike THAT was the problem! Now my friend is all over the place emotionally and yet thankful he is getting help from places unforeseen. Very unpleasant stuff Christina! Please - quit!

   	Heh Mark - thats what ya get for lecturing me. I am doing fairly ok at the quitting smoking thing - I just have my moments. As long as I stay away from beer drinking, eating and sex, I never want a ciggy.
