Hee hee...yes we love Faith and Madonna. But as soon as I realized Kanye was the star of the show, I had to go away. Yucko. Sad statement on our culture, methinks.

And Suz (my dearest friend - I promise I wouldn't say this to anyone else...LOL), I really don't care to hear your mixed feelings on Kanye, as mine are not mixed and not open to debate. kiss kiss :)

I'm in agreement about Pammy. Why can she just get back together with Tommy and make us all happy?.... I do like "Gold Digger", and I have mixed feeling about Kanye..I'll have to think about this and add another comment later. But I absolutely agree that overall, the Grammys stunk. Basically, you see the same folks over and over, nothing new and fresh, true talent isn't rewarded (although Alison Kraus and Union Station, John Prine, and Delbert McClinton did win)but this is the case with radio anyway...although I think Sirius and XM will change that, to what degree remains to be seen. The internet does help new artists, in a huge way, however. I'll get into a rant about the overall state of the music industry, and the loss of a common culture later...maybe it's time to get my blag going...
But I will definately say after seeing the Britster with her scrub honey, she has definately peaked.
